Located on the top floor of an historic building, with an elevator, in the heart of the Barri Vell you will find this lovely fully equipped 2 bedroom holiday penthouse in Girona. The building, with our office on the ground floor, is situated on Cort Reial, a nice little square and the perfect location to start exploring the beautiful old city centre. Because the apartment is on the top floor it has a lot of natural light and you have a look out over the Old Town.

The 2 bedroom apartment is fully equipped with TV, high quality internet/Wi-Fi, comfortable sofa, dining table, kitchen with all your needs, washing machine, etc. The master bedroom has a double bed which can be separated into two singles. The other bedroom has a trundle bed (single bed with an extra bed under it that can be rolled out). There is a complete bathroom with a large shower and toilet.

This holiday penthouse in Girona has its entrance next to our office and across the street of the great coffee bar Espresso Mafia. When you are in the apartment it is for you and only for you.

We have our office just on the ground floor at Cort Reial 13 (Bravissimo) where you can find us for all your questions.

Our holiday penthouse in Girona is situated in the heart of the Old City and is partly closed for traffic and you are not allowed to park there. Note! By car you may only enter 3x per quarter so use those three times carefully. For instance one for your check in and one for your check out. Although you may not park you can stop to unload your luggage. You can also have a look at our holiday apartment Portal Nou Girona, which has a private garage.

From Cort Reial it is ideal to explore Girona since it is only a 3 min walk from Santa Marie’s Cathedral and the Jewish quarter. It is right in the middle of the historic centre, just behind La Rambla and 2 min from the Onyar Houses. If this is your favourite area in town, you can have a look at our holiday apartment Rambla Girona. The Old Centre is known to have a large variety of great restaurants and small boutiques. It is highly recommendable for those who want to be in a comfortable, unique place and explore this town just walking from your apartment.

Our apartment is in Girona’s historic center, where car access is restricted, and parking is not allowed. Vehicles can only enter three times per quarter, so we recommend parking before check-in. After booking, you’ll receive access to a personal reservation page with parking details and more. While Girona is generally calm, some street noise and church bells may be heard if the windows are open. Late check-in is available for a fee. Tourist tax not included in the price (16+, max 7 nights).

The apartment is in Girona’s historic Barri Vell, a charming area full of history. Wander cobbled streets, visit the Cathedral and Arab Baths, and explore the maze-like Jewish Quarter. Colorful houses line the Onyar River, and lively squares offer artisan shops and cozy cafes. Whether enjoying local cuisine, history, or festivals, Barri Vell is the perfect spot to soak up Girona’s unique charm.

Girona airport is 20 min by taxi or 30 min by bus. Buses stop at the train station, a 20 min walk from the apartment. The station connects to Barcelona in 35 min and to Figueres for the Dalí museum. If driving, note the historic center has limited access (3 times/quarter) and no street parking. Streets are narrow and one-way, so we recommend parking before check-in. After booking, you'll get a link with full parking info.
